I stayed here for two weeks November 13-28 2021, while I went to a nearby Spanish immersion school. The hotel is well located in the historic centro of Puebla, and it's about a seven minute walk to the Zocalo. The rooms are efficient and clean. Mine had a kitchenette. The service is fastidious about cleanliness, which is great. There is a rooftop patio of you want to sit outside above the street noise. There is street noise, as downtown Puebla is noisy at night. Bring earplugs of you are a light sleeper. One downside is the internet service. It slows to a crawl in mornings and evenings. It really needs to be upgraded. Beautiful suite, lovely bed and bedding, kitchen and bathroom well supplied. I loved the high top counter for eating and working. Although the street could be busy the insulation on the shutters absolutely helped and it always quieted down at night. I never had a problem sleeping. Perfect location to walk to everything. Staff were extremely nice. Heat and AC were appreciated. Extended my stay by one night.
